Permutation is different from combination, and the internal order of combination is meaningless. This function can be used for probability calculations.

Number Specifies the number of objects.
Number_chosen A positive integer that represents the number of objects in each permutation.
Instructions
- If two arguments are not integers, they are truncated and rounded.
If number or number_chosen is of a non-numeric type, the function PERMUT returns the #VALUE! Error value. .
- If number ≤ 0 or number_chosen < 0, the function PERMUT returns the error value #NUM! .
- If number < number_chosen, PERMUT returns the #NUM! Error value .
