BIN2DEC(number)
Number Specifies the binary number to be converted.
The Number cannot be more than 10 bits (binary bits), the highest bit is a sign bit, and the remaining 9 bits are numeric bits.
Negative numbers are represented by the complement of binary numbers.
Instructions
If the number is an illegal binary or has more than 10 bits (binary bits), BIN2DEC returns the #NUM! Error value.
