■BITOR returns a decimal number.
■ If any argument is less than 0, BITOR returns the #NUM! Error value. .
■ If any argument is a non-integer or greater than (2^48)-1, BITOR returns the #NUM! Error value. .
■ If any of the arguments are non-numeric, BITOR returns the #VALUE! Error value. .
