The point is to enter a DATE using the date function or as a result of another formula or function.
For example, use the function DATE(2008 5,23) to enter May 23, 2008. If the date is entered as text, there is a problem.
Start_date is a date that represents the start date.
End_date Indicates the end date.
Holidays represents an optional region consisting of one or more dates that are not in the work calendar.

- WPS forms store dates as serial numbers that can be used for calculations. By default, the serial number is 1 for December 31, 1899, and January 1, 2008
The serial number is 39448 because it is 39,448 days from December 31, 1899.
If any argument is an invalid date VALUE, NETWORKDAYS returns the #VALUE! Error value. .
