The WORKDAY function counts employee departure dates

Returns the date value for a date on a specified business day before or after a date (the start date). Working days do not include weekends and specially designated holidays.

The WORKDAY function can be used to deduct weekends or holidays when calculating invoice due dates, expected delivery times, or days of work.

grammar

WORKDAY(start_date,days,holidays)

Start_date: A date value that represents the start date.

Days start_date: specifies the number of days before or after the start_date, excluding weekends and holidays. A positive value of Days generates a future date. Generates past dates for negative values.

Holidays: These include one or more dates that need to be excluded from the work calendar, such as national holidays in various provinces

And non-statutory holidays.

The list can be a range of cells containing dates, or an array constant consisting of serial numbers representing dates.

Note: You should use the DATE function to enter the date, or enter the date as a result of another formula or function.

For example, use the function DATE(2009,7,23) to enter July 23, 2009. If the date is entered as text, there is a problem.

Instructions

WPS forms store dates as serial numbers that can be used for calculations. By default, the serial number is 1 for December 31, 1899, and January 1, 2008

The serial number is 39448 because it is 39,448 days from December 31, 1899.

If any of these arguments are invalid date values, WORKDAY returns the #VALUE! Error value. .

If start_date and days produce invalid date values, WORKDAY returns the #NUM! Error value. .

If days is not an integer, round the truncated value.
