Returns the percentage ranking of a particular value in a data set. This function can be used to see where specific data is located in the data set.
For example, you can use the function PERCENTRANK to calculate the position of a particular competency test score in all competency test scores.

PERCENTRANK(array,x,significance)
Array An array or numeric region that defines relative positions.
The value in the X array that needs to be placed.
Significance Optional, a value that identifies the number of significant bits of the returned percentage value.
If omitted, the function PERCENTRANK retains three decimals.
Instructions
If the array is empty, PERCENTRANK returns the error value #NUM! .
significane < 1, PERCENTRANK returns the #NUM! Error value .
If there is no value in the array that matches x, PERCENTRANK interpolates to return the correct percentile.
