Instructions
A parameter can be a number, a blank cell, a logical value, or a text expression of a number. If the parameter is an incorrect value, an error occurs.
If you cannot include text or logical values in the calculation, use the MAX worksheet function instead.
- If the argument is an array or reference, only the values in the array or reference are used. Ignore empty cells and text values in arrays or references.
- Arguments that contain TRUE are evaluated as 1; Arguments that contain text or FALSE are evaluated as 0.
- If the argument does not contain any value, the function MAXA returns 0.
