Number A number, a reference to a cell that contains a number, or a formula that evaluates to a number.
Decimals Decimal number The number of digits to the right of the decimal point. If Decimals is negative, the argument number is rounded from the decimal point to the left by the corresponding number of digits.
If Decimals are omitted, the value is assumed to be 2.

Use the Cells command in the Format menu to format the cell that contains the number between the one that uses the RMB function to format the number directly
