Returns the inverse value of the one-tailed probability of the χ2 distribution. If probability = CHIDIST(x,…) CHIINV(probability,…) = x.
Use this function to compare observations and expected values to determine whether the initial hypothesis is valid.
grammar
CHIINV(probability,degrees_freedom)
Probability The probability associated with the χ2 distribution.
Degrees_freedom Specifies the number of degrees of freedom.
Instructions
■ If any of the arguments is non-numeric, CHIINV returns the #VALUE! Error value. .
■ If probability
■ If degrees_freedom < 1 or degrees_freedom ≥ 10^10, CHIINV returns error #NUM! .
■ If degrees_freedom is not an integer, it will be rounded by truncation.
■ If a probability value is given, CHIINV solves for the value x using CHIDIST(x, degrees_freedom) = probability.
Therefore, the accuracy of CHIINV depends on the accuracy of CHIDIST.
■ CHIINV uses iterative search techniques. If the search does not converge after 100 iterations, the function returns the error value #N/A.
I want to create a clean, concise and efficient office reference manual, in order to maintain a good reference experience, I did not add any third-party advertisements in my blog, of course, if you are willing, you can watch the following video, it can bring me some income, so that I can better maintain the server to provide higher quality service, thank you for your help and support.
