Instructions
■ Moving a number to the right is equivalent to removing a number from the far right of its binary representation. For example, moving the decimal value 13 two places to the right will make it binary
The value (1101) is converted to 11 (that is, the decimal value 3).
■ If Number is greater than (2^48)-1, BITRSHIFT returns the #NUM! Error. .
■ If Shift_amount is greater than 53 in absolute value, BITRSHIFT returns the #NUM! Error value .
■ If any of the arguments are non-numeric, BITRSHIFT returns the #VALUE! Error value. .
■ If a negative number is used as the Shift_amount argument, the number is shifted to the right by the appropriate number of digits.
