Returns a specified number of characters in a text string starting at a specified position, as specified by the user. This function is used for double-byte characters.

MIDB(text,start_num,num_bytes)

Text is a string of text containing the characters to be extracted.

Start_num is the position of the first character in the text to be extracted. The start_num of the first character in the text is 1, and so on.

Num_bytes Specifies the number of characters (in bytes) you want MIDB to return from text.
